The basic philosophy of David Balber Architecture, LLC is to create designs that lift the human spirit while keeping a steady eye on cost control, logistics, code issues, and value engineering. We use a state-of-the-art networking system to create all of our drawings and documents. This advanced hardware and software allows us to study and actually design buildings three-dimensionally. By doing this we are able to clearly demonstrate a design to our clients and truly give them a feeling of what a building will be like even before it's built. David Balber, A.I.A., USGBC(founder and managing principal of the firm) pledges to keep a "hands on" approach to all of the projects that come through the company bearing his name.
